For over 28 years, Ray Neathery of Ray’s Drywall has been Kansas City’s trusted contractor for residential & commercial drywall hanging and repair services. Ray got his start in the drywall business in 1971 when his father, who was a painter, introduced him to the business. He worked as a full-time drywall installer and finisher for most of the next 18 years, with a few years off to work in underground mining in the late 1970s. He established Ray's Drywall in 1989 and the business has been built in the intervening years on a reputation for honesty, craftsmanship and hard work.

Ray's Drywall serves a wide range of clients, including homeowners, builders, architects and interior designers. We also partner with real estate agencies and multi-home property management companies for residential and commercial work.

The Ray's Drywall team has crafted complex, high-end projects such as built-in niches, coffered ceilings, and intricate structures such as walls in geodesic dome structures and fabricated curved surfaces.
